TUITION

All Evergreen Rhythmics gymnasts and their parents or guardians are responsible to review the Evergreen Rhythmics Registration and Tuition Policies.

Tuition Policies:

  • Pre Team and Little gymnasts  classes tuition fees are based on the cost per practice hour and gymnast level.   Competitive team classes have flat rate. Flat Rate tuition is based on the gymnast level and not on days/ hours of attending.

  • Level 7-10 schedule is set to maximum. The price will not change if the gymnast attends less or more per week. Each gymnast must pay their own price according to their level.  Level 3- 6 can request additional days/hours per week with additional charge. Please contact Olga Niculita for this request. (206)388-8180

  • Tuition must be paid in full on the first business day of every month.  If there is no payment received by the 5th of the month, a late fee of $50 will be charged. Tuition will not be credited for vacation, snow or sick days. Missed classes are non-refundable - no exception.

  • Monthly tuition rates are based on the number of weeks in the school calendar year. Some months will have more weeks then the others. All breaks and holidays factored into the average monthly rate, therefore the monthly tuition will not change throughout the school year. NO discounts will be given for holidays because this has already been calculated into the rate. All team members are required to pay tuition consecutively each month for the duration of the competition season (September-June). The fees are calculated to pay the instructors as well as operating expenses, even if your child does not attend due to vacations, sickness, school activities, etc.

  • If you wish to drop your child from class, EVR requires written notification. If you do not give notice of cancellation 15 days prior to the next billing cycle, your child is considered an active student for that month and tuition will be charged. For example, notification must be received by January 15th in order to suspend February dues.  If notification is not received by the 15th, then the next month’s training fees will be billed, and payment will be owed.  Please note that there will be a $60 reactivation fee billed to your account at the time the suspended athlete is reinstated to training within the same season.   While Evergreen Rhythmics will make reasonable attempts to reinstate gymnast to the same training group, this is dependent upon space availability at the time of reinstatement. Once suspension/resignation from Evergreen Rhythmics occurs we cannot guarantee group placement upon return.

  • Evergreen Rhythmics will cancel classes due to weather, road conditions and other emergencies. There are no make-up classes for weather related closures even though we are often trying to to schedule make up class if it is possible. There are no tuition refunds available for these cancelled classes.

  • Summer Camps tuition is NOT REFUNDABLE!  It can be credited towards other training camps with Evergreen Rhythmics. Summer camp Tuition Credit can not be used or transferred towards monthly tuition ( September-June)
