FULL DAY CAMPS

 

Our Full Day Camps run from July 8th to August 23rd, Monday through Friday, from 9am to 4pm

📅 Dates: July 7th - August 22rd

🕘 Time: Monday - Friday, 9am-4pm

💲 Rates:

• Weekly Rate: $570 per week

• Drop-In Full Day: $130 per day

 

🎉 Discounts:

• Early Bird Registration: Register by June 1st, 2025 to enjoy a discount. Early bird rate: $540 per week.

• Cash Discount: Pay by cash, check, or Zelle for a full week of camp to receive additional discount of $15   

 

💳 All discounts can be applied together.

 

⏰ Extended Hours:

• Morning: 8:00 am – 9:00 am, $10 extra charge per hour or $50 for the entire week (payable only on the first day of camp).

• Afternoon: 4:00 pm – 5:00 pm, $10 extra charge per hour.

 

🎈 Pool or Games with Pizza Party Every Friday:

• Don't miss our exciting pool party or game and Pizza Party on Fridays afternoon, included with full day camp enrollment!

 

🚨 Late Pick-Up Policy:

• Children must be picked up by 5:00 PM or the following fees shall be charged to the payment method on file:

• A $50.00 fee will be assessed for the first 1 to 5 minutes late (after a 5-minute grace period until 5:05 PM). After 5:05 PM, an additional $1.00 per minute will be assessed.

• Failure to pay any additional fees may result in termination of participation.

• Evergreen Rhythmics staff will be engaged in activities after 5:00 PM, with all staff members unavailable to continue assisting campers after that time. If a child is not picked up by 5:00 PM, Evergreen Rhythmics staff will contact parents/guardians and emergency contacts. If no one can be reached by 5:15 PM, Evergreen Rhythmics staff will contact local law enforcement to locate a safe location for the child.

• A consistent pattern of late pick-ups may be grounds for dismissal from the program.

❌ Refund Policy:

• NO REFUNDS.

• NO MAKE-UPS for missed days.

 

🔒 Tuition Policy:

• NO CAMP TUITION TRANSFERABLE or REFUNDABLE.
