Olga Niculita
Rhythmic Program Director/Head Coach/ Elite Competitive Team Coach

Olga Niculita is a USA National Team Coach and owner of Evergreen Rhythmics. She is a former Level 10 Elite gymnast from Russia. Olga graduated from Academy of Physical Education in Khabarovsk , Russia with Masters Degree in Health and Fitness. She has over 20 years of coaching experience. Olga has been recognized by the USA rhythmic gymnastics community with several Coach of the Year awards.  Back in Russia Olga was awarded a title of Choreographer of the Year in 2004.

Olga raised gymnasts that are members of Junior and Senior National Team. Olga is  USA Gymnastics professional member and  National Level Rhythmic Gymnastics Judge. She has experience judging State and Regional Championships, International Competitions.

Olga Niculita continues to advocate for Rhythmic Gymnastics Sport as a WA State Chair.  

Marina Kukhta

Elite Competitive Team Coach/ National Team Coach

Marina is a National Team Coach. She graduated from Ukrainian University of Physical Education with  Bachelor Degree. She has more then 25 years of coaching experience in United States.  Marina raised gymnasts who were  USA National Elite Squat members,  USA National Team Members who participated in  World Cups, World Championships, University Games, Grand Prixes and Olympic Games in Rio in 2016.


USA Gymnastics recognized Marina's hard work and professionalism and awarded her a title  Master of Sport and numerous Coach of the Year Awards. 

Marina loves spending her free time with her family and her very cute dog Emma. 

Yulia Tugusheva

Advanced Ballet Teacher/

Rhythmic Gymnastics Coach

Yulia Tugusheva is a former gymnast from Natalia Gorbulina`s school in Yekaterinburg, Russia, who loves ballet, modern, jazz, and contemporary dance.  

Julia has an amazing background which combines rhythmic gymnastics and classical ballet.  She graduated from the Ural State University in Russia with Masters Degree. She is also very passionate about photography.


Diana Davidyan
Competitive Team and Beginners Team Coach/Dance Instructor/ 
Coach Diana is a former Evergreen Rhythmics gymnast. She began her training  with Evergreen Rhythmics at age 4.
 Diana competed as a level 9 gymnasts at numerous national and international competitions. In 2013 Diana became National Junior Olympic Champion in group competition.  
Diana was named as a coach of the year for level 5, 6, and 7 in 2017, 2018, 2019 competition seasons.  Her routines choreography was noticed and recognized at the National Championships.
