Rhythmic gymnastic is a gracefull dance consisting of routines in; Floor, Hoop, Ball, Ribbon, and Clubs. 

At Evergreen Rhythmics girls can start training at level 4 all the way to level 10 , they may start competing at age 5 and can perform for exebition earlier.  Training with Evergreen Rhythmics can be for fun or for serious competion, and the number of hours a week is up to you. 

Our local clubs host local and reginal compititions with clubs coming from as far away as Oregon, California, Canada, New Zealand, Australia.
